Location of Saltery Lodge. This photo was taken before the Lodge or our private dock was constructed. You can see our huge beach in the center of the photo. A large cannery used to exist right at this location. It was abandoned 70-80 years ago. Some of the houses and cabins next to us are the original housing for the cannery workers.
