This was a winter shot of the lodge with only starlight and the ambient light of the lodge illuminating the ground and trees.

This is a panoramic image taken with a special tripod head and high res camera by Scott Kemp. This is a 134.2 mega pixel image (Most consumer cameras are 5-10 mega pixels by comparison). This is the infamous Ketchikan Creek Street, the "red light" district of the early part of the 19th century.  Now a tourist destination.  You can stand on the boardwalk and watch the salmon cruise right up the stream in the summer and fall.
